Cell Linking Benchmark

The following table presents the best three results across the 13 included datasets for generalizable submissions and the best three results per dataset for regular submissions, both being evaluated using the OP_CLB, LNK, and BIO measures. The detailed performance evaluation of all generalizable and regular submissions can be found here.

Baseline performance

The baseline performance is expressed in the form of the OP_CLB, LNK, and BIO scores achieved by the TrackMate/Mastodon plugin in Fiji over the test datasets.

2025-01-31: New generalizable submissions PAST-FR (*) and RWTH-GE (*), and new regular submissions RWTH-GE and UVIC-ES included.
2024-05-27: The benchmark populated by generalizable submissions EPFL-CH (*), KTH-SE (*), MON-AU (*), and SIAT-CN (*), and a regular submission LUH-GE.
