2019-07-01: The folder structure of all FTP accounts has been updated to accept both segmentation and tracking results for the Fluo-N3DL-DRO and Fluo-N3DL-TRIC datasets, which are treated differently, with respect to extra detected and segmented cells, in both benchmarks.
2019-07-01: The command-line software packages that implement the DET, SEG, and TRA measures have been extended by supporting temporal indexing for sequences longer than 1000 frames, and different treatment of extra cells detected and segmented in both benchmarks for the Fluo-N3DL-DRO and Fluo-N3DL-TRIC datasets.
